Filled with organic buckwheat and Yorkshire lavender wheat bags are an eco friendly alternative to hot water bottles and ice packs. They can be used to provide natural pain relief, soothing warmth and comforting relaxation.
Whether used hot or cold the buckwheat filling allows the bag to settle along the contours of the body making them effective and comfortable to use. Heat therapy increases blood flow and therefore oxygen which can help to heal damaged tissues. Cold therapy can help to slow down inflammation and swelling that occurs after injury.

The wheat bag is made from 100% cotton fabric and has a removable, washable cover with a cotton inner filled with organic buckwheat and Yorkshire lavender.

To use warm heat in the microwave with a small cup of water in 20 second bursts, alternatively to use as a cold compress place in the freezer for at least 60 minutes.
