TO HEAT - place in the microwave with a cup of water and heat in 20 second bursts.
Do not leave microwave unattended as there is a risk of burning, Use extreme caution with hot packs and do not place directly on skin
TO COOL - place in the freezer for minimum 30 miniutes.
